
Warranty and Policy
NEW BOARDS are guaranteed to be free
from defects in material and workmanship.
GRAPHICS and color design are subject to
our artist's interpretation, and we cannot guarantee
exact duplication of designs or color hues or shades.
PAYMENT must be made in full before
delivery to the customer or freight company, as we do not
ship COD. Boards are shipped freight collect or prepaid.
FREIGHT DAMAGE is rare, but can occur,
and is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims must
be reported to the carrier immediately. If freight damage
does occur, call us and we will help with repair quotes
to substantiate your claim. We have had very few
shipments damaged!
CANCELED ORDERS forfeit any deposit
until the item has been resold, after which a refund will
be made.
RETURNED GOODS require authorization by
our shop and must be returned freight prepaid.
PRICES are subject to change without
notice and are non-negotiable. Please do not ask for a
discount or "deal", as custom
surfboards are one of the best bargains you can get
today!
DELIVERY TIME from the receipt of
deposit to delivery to the customer or freight company is
app. four weeks in the off season (Jan, Feb, March), 6-8 weeks otherwise.
RECENTLY MANUFACTURED boards take time
to harden or "cure", taking at least one month
to reach a reasonable level of strength. Treat them
gently during this period.
LIABILITY for any injury or damage
resulting from the use of this product is assumed by the
user, who must determine the suitability and safety of
the product for his/her intended use.
FLOATATION of a board is a matter of
personal preference, and is created by the volume of the
board. It is up to the user to determine what size board
will meet his/her expected level of floatation.
CHANGES to orders are not allowed once
the order has been placed, as we have found that this
creates miss-communication and mistakes. Please think
over your order carefully before placing it.
